High season: from 01/07 to 31/08 and from 23/12 to 06/01.

The above rates are per night. Departure must take place by 1:00 pm to avoid being charged for the following night.

Payment terms

Payment for the annual pitch must be made in four instalments during December, April and June and at the end of each seasonal stay.

After the due date, 10% interest will be charged and the flat-rate agreement will no longer be renewed.

Camping Comelico Rules

To ensure a pleasant, peaceful and safe stay for all guests, please read the Camping Comelico rules.

Card-Pass and vehicle parking

To obtain a Card-Pass, guests must pay a € 5,00 deposit. The deposit will be refunded when the card is returned at the end of the stay.

The Card-Pass is strictly personal and must be kept safe. Guests who breach these rules may have their Card-Pass withdrawn for the remainder of their stay without refund.

The Card-Pass operates from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Bookings and seasonal/annual pitch agreements

Bookings for August are accepted provided that the guest stays at the campsite for a minimum of seven days.

Bookings are accepted from 1 January to 1 August each year, subject to payment of a € 100,00 deposit.

Seasonal or annual pitch bookings require a € 200,00 deposit.

The booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Management will hold the pitch until midnight on the stated day of arrival. After this time, the guest loses any right to the pitch and to the deposit.

A flat-rate agreement is valid only with the approval of Campsite Management and the guest's signature for acceptance at the beginning of each season.

Important information for guests

Hot water from washbasins, sinks and taps is included in the rates.

Showers operate by inserting € 0,50 for 4 minutes into the timers located in the women's and men's washroom blocks. Other shower cubicles operate with a wristband or prepaid card available from the campsite office.

Cards and wristbands must be kept safe and are issued against a € 5,00 deposit, which is refunded when they are returned.

Rubbish bags must be placed in the designated containers outside the campsite.

Tampering with campsite equipment is strictly prohibited, in particular opening electricity distribution boxes.

Electrical and gas systems in guests' accommodation units must comply with current law. Each camping unit must also have a fire extinguisher.

Pitches must be kept clean and the grass must be kept cut, as it was when the pitch was allocated. Otherwise, Management will arrange for the grass to be cut at the rate shown in the price list.

Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any unauthorised items from a pitch or from underneath caravans and porches. Any cleaning work will be charged according to the price list.

The price list forms an integral part of the campsite rules.

Campsite rules

1. Access to the campsite

Anyone wishing to enter the campsite, for any reason, must obtain authorisation from Management.

For statutory registration purposes, an identity document for each person must be provided to Management. Failure to comply constitutes a breach of applicable criminal law.

2. Notification of changes

Guests must check that registration details are correct, report any discrepancies to Management and notify Management in advance of any changes, including a change of pitch, arrivals and departures, and the expected length of stay.

3. Pitch occupancy limits

Each pitch may be occupied by no more than one camping unit or group.

4. Vehicles and equipment on pitches

Guests may choose a pitch subject to Management's instructions.

Cars must be parked within the pitch or in areas indicated by Management.

Structures, flowers, plants and any other additions must be agreed with Management.

5. Departures

Departure must take place by 1:00 pm. After this time, the day of departure will also be charged.

6. Visitors - Day guests

Guests receiving visitors must ensure that their visitors have Management's authorisation and are responsible for their behaviour within the campsite.

If a visit lasts more than 30 minutes, the applicable day-visitor rate shown in the price list must be paid.

7. Pets

The acceptance of dogs and other animals must be agreed with Management.

Dogs must be kept on a lead and taken outside the campsite for their needs.

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their animals.

8. Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

During quiet hours the following are not permitted:

• arrivals and departures;
• entry of day visitors;
• entry, exit or circulation of motor vehicles;
• use of sound equipment;
• use of sports and leisure facilities or equipment;
• putting up or taking down tents.

9. Games and sports

Playing football or volleyball inside the campsite is prohibited.

10. Vehicle restrictions

Vehicles must travel within the campsite at walking pace.

The entrance barriers are closed from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

During prolonged rain and thaw periods, vehicles should not be used inside the campsite except in cases of necessity.

11. Children

Parents are responsible for the behaviour of their children.

12. Use of washroom facilities

Guests must use the washroom facilities responsibly and respectfully.

Hot water is available 24 hours a day. During low season and winter, only the first washroom block will be open.

Washroom blocks may not be used during scheduled cleaning times.

13. Lost property

Items found within the campsite must be handed to Management so they can be returned to their rightful owner.

14. Damage and liability

Management is not liable for theft of property or valuables that have not been formally accepted for safekeeping, nor for damage caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, diseases or epidemics including those affecting plants, excessive snow loads, falling branches or trees, or other causes not resulting from negligence by campsite staff.

Each annual or seasonal pitch holder must have a working, legally compliant fire extinguisher and display it outside their accommodation unit.

15. Unauthorised persons

Unauthorised access to or presence within the campsite may constitute breaches of the relevant Italian public-security and criminal-law provisions, including Articles 614, 633 and 624 of the Italian Criminal Code and contractual fraud provisions.

16. Porches and mobile homes

Under Regional Law no. 33 of 4 November 2002, a porch may not exceed:

• 8.00 m² of enclosed covered area;
• 3.00 m² of open covered area;
• a maximum total covered area of 11.00 m², including the roof overhang;
• a maximum height of 3 m from ground level.

Wooden structures must be in keeping with the character of the area and their design must be agreed with Management.

Installation, maintenance and repair work on mobile homes and porches must be carried out in March, April, May, June and September, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, by authorised personnel and by prior agreement with Management.

Any requested pitch moves must be carried out by June or September.

Mobile homes must be fitted with a suitable axle and load-bearing wheels so they can be moved if required for campsite logistics.

Mobile homes must not exceed 29.00 m² in area or 3 m in height.

Any work carried out in breach of the above Regional Law is the sole responsibility of the owner and may be subject to legal action if an infringement is identified.

17. General prohibitions

The following are prohibited:

• disposing of rubbish or paper outside the designated containers;
• digging holes or channels in the ground;
• lighting open fires;
• using a barbecue where it causes disturbance or danger;
• damaging vegetation, cutting plants, hedges or flowers, or picking fruit;
• pouring oils, fuels, hot, salty or waste liquids onto the ground;
• washing cars or other vehicles on the campsite;
• washing dishes or laundry anywhere other than the designated sinks;
• washing items or oneself at outdoor drinking-water taps;
• wasting or misusing water;
• putting up fences, shade cloths, additional verandas or kitchen tents, tying or anchoring anything to trees, stretching ropes at head height, or installing anything that could create a hazard or obstruct passage;
• opening electricity distribution boxes;
• storing items underneath caravans or porches;
• damaging or tampering with systems or equipment;
• emptying liquids of any kind into washroom facilities.

18. Electricity supply

Electricity is metered. To connect to the campsite hook-up points, the installation, cable and plug must comply with CEE standards.

The supply is 220 Volts and is limited to 5, maximum 10 Amps.

The hook-up point is fitted with a residual-current safety device. If the electricity supply is interrupted, Management must be informed.

Connections may only be made by authorised personnel.

19. Removal from the campsite

Management reserves the right to require anyone to leave the campsite if, in its sole judgement, they disturb the peaceful running of the campsite or fail to comply with these rules and agreements.

20. Right of retention

In the event of non-payment, pursuant to Article 2756 of the Italian Civil Code, the caravan and any other relevant property may be retained at the campsite until all amounts due have been paid in full.

21. Right to amend the rules

Management reserves the right to amend or add to these rules.
